Stella Šimunović is a partner with long-standing experience in commercial law, corporate law, legal due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, employment law, insurance law, capital markets, and enforcement, insolvency and pre-insolvency law. She provides legal support to clients in complex corporate and transactional matters, from structuring legal relationships to negotiation and implementation of documentation.

Throughout her career she has worked in a major corporate advisory environment and in private legal practice, which makes her work business-oriented and operationally practical.
